Since 1988 at least one 2-0 team has made it to the Super Bowl. If this trend continues one of the following 2-0 teams will make it to the Super Bowl.
This makes #12 happy because one of my Super Bowl picks is among this 2-0 crowd, the Houston Texans. The only thing that worries me about the Texans is that they give up 400 yards passing a game, but they are still winning despite that. And besides they can’t be giving up 400 yards passing every week, right?
I also love seeing the Pittsburgh Steelers on this list – a team that is going to be really hard to beat when Roethlisberger comes back.
However, this is a very interesting list. Really only two teams aren’t a “surprise” to be on this list. The Packers and Saints. Who would have guessed Kansas City, Miami, a Roethlisberger-less Steelers, Houston, Chicago and Tampa Bay would be on this list? I’m not surprised about Pittsburgh or the Texans, but the other four do surprise me.
Anyway if one of these eight teams is going to reach the Super Bowl, who is your pick? I’ll stick with Houston.
